A MAN has had his car seized after being charged in relation to alleged driving offences in Stevenston.
It follows a vehicle stop carried out in the Hayocks Road area of the town on Tuesday, September 5, by the Three Towns' local policing team.
Following enquiries, the 25-year-old male who was driving the car was charged with allegedly driving without a licence or insurance.
As a result, his car was seized.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "On Tuesday, September 5, officers from Three Towns' locality policing team carried out a vehicle stop in Hayocks Road, Stevenston.
"Following enquiry, a 25-year-old male was charged with driving without a licence or insurance, and his vehicle was seized."
